Christmas Office Closure Times

Our offices will be closed over the Christmas period, with cover available for customer emergencies.

The offices will close at 3pm on Friday 23rd December and reopen at 8:30am on Tuesday 3rd January 2017.

  • The 0300 123 5522 service is available for repair emergencies only.

Don't forget, you can check your rent balance, make a payment and report repairs online via this website 24 hours a day over the Christmas period.
