Your neighbourhood service standards

Working with our partners and communities, our aim is that by 2020 residents will be actively contributing towards making their neighbourhood a great place to live.

What we’ll do and when we’ll do it

  • Any offensive graffiti will be removed within one working day of it being reported to City West
  • All other graffiti will be removed within 3 working days of it being reported to City West
  • Each neighbourhood will be inspected on a monthly basis and each high rise/low rise building will be inspected quarterly
  • We will contact all new customers within the first 4 weeks of their tenancy
  • We will agree neighbourhood promises to improve where you live. This includes neighbourhood action weeks to improve the appearance of your estate
  • We will provide feedback on interventions carried out within neighbourhoods through your Neighbourhood Officer and on your Neighbourhood page on our website
